you for replying i sent them an email regarding this matter and waitting for thier reply yet the issue im having is that when pluged in my PC it immediately says "device driver software was not successfully installed " i tried to view more programs like "driver tool kit" and others to see if i can get a driver installed but doesnt work, weird thing is that any most drivers state the driver date on installation and the manifacture but on mine the date is 00-00-0000 and Nodriver is stated, i did try the link u sent me but im trying not to get win10 soon (last resort) weirdly when i restart my pc the four LED's light up and off 3-4 times and the assign button when press works so the controller itself is ok (i hope) ,when u connected your hori did it immeditaly recgs. I did not see any downloadable drivers for this pad on Hori official website. I bought a similar one, a Fighting PRO wich is more for claw grip, but the buttons and pad are basically the same. However, if you check Amazon reviews there are some comments coming from people having same issue as you ( some pretty old ) so this pad might be just not compatible with Win 7 at all. You can use it like a regular controller or like an arcade stick, both ways are pretty comfortable given the pads shape.
Works without issues on Windows 10, but for KI i had to use controller's Assign option and remap buttons, because left bumper and trigger are set as R3 and 元 by default ( weird, but pad is really great ) Początkowo opublikowane przez rusty-double-oh-seven:I have this pad ( if you mean Hori 4 white Xbox One version ), got it few weeks ago mostly for T7, KI and MK.
